The Boulevard represented GSA’s and The Student Housing Company’s launch into a new market and also Perth’s first commercially operated purpose-built student residence.
The Northbridge residence is in the heart of Perth’s social and cultural district – a short distance to the City’s shopping area and main transport stations. It opened its doors to students in February 2019.
The Boulevard is a stunning new development and the 2019 Residential Architecture Award Winner for PBSA. Developed in collaboration with Stirling Capital, this 24 storey building features a variety of single and twin rooms plus five and six bed shared apartments. It also boasts an on-site gym, swimming pool, roof top cinema, laundry, study pods, games and TV lounge with residents break out areas on each floor.
